Welcome to Shidduch AI. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Service
Shidduch AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to suggest potential shidduch matches based on the information you provide. We are not a shadchan, dating service, or guarantee of marriage. We provide suggested matches only. All personal decisions remain your responsibility.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.

We reserve the right to remove or reject any profile that violates these terms.

3. Privacy
Your information is private and never shared publicly.
Matches are suggested using AI analysis. If both sides agree, only names are exchanged.
Full profiles are never revealed.

4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, go out on dates, or become engaged.
We do not guarantee marital peace, happiness, or compatibility beyond the suggestions made.
You are solely responsible for properly vetting any suggested match, including due diligence, references, and ensuring alignment with your values and goals.
All outcomes — emotional, personal, or financial — are solely your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Shidduch AI, its founders, team members, and affiliates are not responsible for any
damages, losses, or consequences related to the use of our service.

In no case will Shidduch AI’s liability exceed the total amount you have paid us — and since our service is free until engagement, that amount is $0 unless you are engaged through a Shidduch AI match.

6. Indemnification
By using Shidduch AI, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shidduch AI, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or actions taken based on a suggested match.

7. Payment

You agree that if a match from Shidduch AI leads to engagement, you are responsible to pay the fixed success shadchanus fee of $1,000.

This fee applies only when an engagement results from a Shidduch AI match.

All other services, including form submission, matching, summaries, and shadchan involvement, are free.

8. Changes to Service
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, with the date of last revision noted below.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
