❓Is this rabbinically endorsed?

Yes. The Shidduch AI initiate has received the endorsement of HaRav Chaim Schabes of Congregation Knesses Yisroel Monsey.

❓Is my information really private?

Yes — always. Nothing you share is ever shown to another person. When a strong match is found, we send a short AI-generated summary explaining why it fits — but never your profile. If both sides agree to move forward, then the names only are exchanged. Profiles are never shared. Period. 
Sharing medical or mental health details in the form is completely optional. If you choose to share, it’s used only to help assess compatibility and is never disclosed to anyone.

❓How long does my profile stay in the system?

Your profile stays in the system as long as you are in the parsha, quietly scanning for matches in the background.

We remove it as soon as you let us know you’re engaged.

You can also pause, update, or request deletion anytime by emailing shidduchai@gmail.com

❓When do I pay for the service?

You only pay if a Shidduch AI match leads to engagement — a fixed success shadchanus fee of $1,000. That’s it.

Everything else — the form, the scanning, the matching, summaries, even the shadchan — is completely free.

Because you don’t pay us to guess.
You pay us for success.

❓What if I don’t like the match?

Every “no” teaches the system more about what “yes” really looks like — so your feedback shapes the next match.

❓What criteria are used to make a match?

Shidduch AI looks at hashkafa, life goals, emotional tone, personality, and stage of life — and only suggests matches with deep mutual alignment.

❓Why aren’t pictures part of the process?

Because real connection starts with what matters most. Shidduch AI focuses on hashkafa, emotional rhythm, values, and life goals — not appearances.

Additionally, AI can’t reliably assess attraction. Chemistry is human. Our role is to bring the right souls to the table — the spark is yours to discover.

❓How does a shadchan fit into the process?

Shidduch AI was built to support, not replace, shadchanim. When both sides agree to a match, what happens next is completely up to you:

• You can bring in your own shadchan to guide the process,

• Continue with Shidduch AI’s in-house shadchan,

• Or simply reach out to each other directly.

The goal is real connection. How you get there is your choice.
